Ingredients
- 3 C. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes (the orange kind)
- 1 C. Sugar
- 1/4 C. Butter melted
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 Tsp. Vanilla extract
- 1/3 C. evaporated milk
- 1/2 C. brown sugar
- 1/4 C. flour
- 2 1/2 T. butter, melted
- 1/2 pecan pieces
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- In a large bowl mix the first six ingredients and place into a 2-quart casserole dish.
- Combine the last four ingredients and sprinkle on top of sweet potatoes.
- Bake uncovered at 350 for 25-30 minutes or until top is crispy.
